CWORK STUDIO provides browser-based document productivity and cyber workspace tools, including but not limited to:
- AI Passport Photo Maker (custom photo grid, background color replacement, standard print sheets).
- Document & PDF Compressor (target-size compression, DPI reduction).
- PDF Utilities (Merge, split, unlock, edit, convert to/from Excel/Images).
- Quick Print Drop (local file transfer from mobile to cyber cafe counter printer).
- AI DTP & OCR tool (extracting handwritten text into editable format).
3. Client-Side Processing & User Responsibility
The majority of CWORK tools run entirely on your local machine using modern WebAssembly, Canvas, and JavaScript technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying the output documents before using them for official, legal, government, or educational submissions.
- You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all documents and images processed through CWORK.
- You must not use CWORK to forge, counterfeit, alter, or produce fraudulent government identity cards, licenses, or passports.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
- To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or laws.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code that could affect the security of the Service.
- To attempt automated scraping or abuse of server API endpoints outside intended browser usage.
5. Accounts & Subscriptions
CWORK offers generous free daily quotas for all users. We also offer optional Pro subscriptions and credit top-ups for high-volume commercial cyber cafes:
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
- Subscriptions provide upgraded daily AI quotas and priority speed for the duration specified at purchase.
- Paid subscriptions are personal to the registered user and non-transferable.
6. Advertisements (Google AdSense)
Free tiers of CWORK may display contextual advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. Users agree not to click ads deceptively, use automated bots, or artificially inflate ad impressions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CWORK, its founder Mustak, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
